Testing
Routine qualitative and quantitative testing of water is carried out by De.mem-Capic’s Water Treatment technicians for open cooling tower, closed chilled water, heating water, boiler and industrial water systems using parameters specific for the unique system being treated.

Maintenance
- Monitoring and control of microbes in cooling water towers and open cooling water systems in accordance with Australian Standard AS 3666-2011.
- Control of corrosion and scale formation in open cooling water systems, closed chilled and heating water systems and boilers.
- Cooling tower cleaning in accordance with Australian Standard AS 3666-2011.
Design and Consultancy
- On-site assessments of the water systems by Specialist De.mem-Capic Engineers and Water Treatment Technicians to scope issues presented by the customer
- Findings presented in a formal report to address any issues discovered during the assessment along with recommendations and solutions.
- Expert advice in regard to the most appropriate water treatment plan for the particular system based upon the purpose and function of the system
PROCESS AIDS
De.mem-Capic has an extensive catalogue of process chemicals that can be specifically targeted to the process conditions requires by the customer resulting in the delivery of the most effective treatment both in cost and performance.
SPECIALTY CHEMICALS
De.mem-Capic offers specialty products that are highly effective at targeting a specific use.
- These products are generally developed in-house, tested by third parties, and appreciated by our customers.
- Case Study: The non-hydrofluoric-acid based cleaning and passivating paste for stainless steels developed by De.mem-Capic specifically for use in environmentally sensitive areas and in situations requiring mitigation of the health and safety risk posed by dangerous Hydrofluoric Acid-based products.
